Shawn Mahoney is an accomplished Senior Superintendent with over 28 years of construction industry experience. Throughout his career, Shawn has specialized in jobsite organization and mentorship. He is passionate about providing a collaborative and supportive environment for all field staff.

Utilizing his unique background in sociology, Shawn mentors’ staff, beginning at the apprenticeship level, to help grow their career and provide new opportunities at BNB. He excels at leading the field from operations to logistics to scheduling.

Steve came to BNB in 2019 with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Over the span of his career, Steve has assumed various roles, including laborer, carpenter, land development project manager, estimator, preconstruction manager, director of preconstruction, and chief estimator.

With his unique ability to discern details beyond what is explicitly shown, Steve leverages his extensive experience to produce comprehensive estimates and mentor other estimators, aiding them in navigating project challenges.
