In her spare time, Tiffany is a dedicated tennis competitor, chasing gold-ball championships at national tournaments, playing on various leagues, and serving on the YTSD board of directors. She also loves spending time at the beach and, most of all, with her family.

Tiffany brings over 20 years of experience leading complex construction, IT, and transmission-line projects for government, utility, and private clients. As Director of Project Controls Development, she not only builds resource-loaded schedules, delay analyses, and Power BI dashboards to guide strategic decisions, she also focuses on equipping teams with the knowledge and tools to thrive. Known for her meticulous planning and collaborative approach, Tiffany is passionate about delivering projects that meet cost, schedule, and quality goals while fostering an environment where teams can succeed.
