Rob came to BNB in 2022, with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. He went into the trades after college working in various roles, including carpenter journeyman, foreman, and superintendent. After ten years in the trades, Rob moved into management roles, capitalizing on his extensive background in construction, complemented by a degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.
Rob’s unique blend of practical experience and knowledge enables him to adeptly oversee projects and instill a culture of positive motivation within his teams.
