Building the Future of Biomanufacturing

A multi-phase tenant improvement of a 100,000-square-foot occupied facility, supporting viral vector research and production. The project scope included R&D laboratories, GMP manufacturing suites, mechanical mezzanine upgrades, office and conference areas, and equipment yard improvements. Complex coordination of electrical, mechanical, and process systems was required, along with scheduled facility shutdowns to safely integrate new systems while maintaining production timelines.
