Transforming a Blank Canvas into High-Performance Labs and Offices.

This 21,000sf tenant improvement converted recently demolished space into a lab and office environment. Scope included laboratories, offices, conference rooms, open office areas, restrooms, and a break room. The project was delivered under GMP standards in an occupied setting, including integration of MEP systems and finishes to support ongoing operations.
