New Office & Lab Space Built Inside an Active Campus.

This 5,500sf tenant improvement project converted existing space into functional laboratory and office environments on the second floor of an active innovation campus. Scope included integration of high-performance systems, flexible lab layouts, and efficient office areas while coordinating around occupied neighboring suites. The project delivered a durable, adaptable space that supports research operations and collaboration.
