From Office Space to Modern, Move-In-Ready Labs and Workspaces.

A completed a 7,500sf tenant improvement converting existing office space into modern lab and office areas. Scope included new partitions, ceilings, doors, lab casework, and upgraded MEP systems to support future scientific use. The project also incorporated structural roof enhancements and exterior improvements, including a new patio slab and trellis, delivering a flexible, move-in-ready environment for incoming tenants.
