From Cubicles to Cutting-Edge Labs in a Campus Built for Discovery.

This 170,000sf project transformed a conventional office building into a life science facility. Scope included high-end laboratories, a vivarium, a gym, a conference center, and modernized lobbies and restrooms. Structural upgrades, a new building skin, and site improvements were completed to support future operations. The project was delivered on an accelerated schedule while addressing grading, structural, and procurement challenges.
