BNBuilders delivered a five-story warm shell life science building and a three-story parking structure for Tarlton Properties. Scope included structural steel framing, vertical construction, and coordination of MEP systems. The team implemented detailed tracking of procurement and lead times, including early identification of extended steel schedules, to maintain critical path progress. The project was completed on schedule through integrated design-build planning and collaboration.
