A state of the art transformation of an existing laboratory building into a life sciences headquarters. This 220,000sf project includes 50,000sf of manufacturing space, cGMP labs, cleanrooms, tissue culture labs, a pilot plant, conference areas, and offices. Careful planning of structural reinforcements, multi floor infills, and central plant upgrades allowed the building to support advanced scientific research and manufacturing workflows seamlessly.
