A Progressive Design-Build Transformation Delivering a Renewed Behavioral Health Unit.

This 13,000sf progressive design-build renovation updated the E-Wing Geriatric Psychiatric Care Unit. Scope included a 14-bed adult behavioral health unit with in-room bathrooms, a sensory room, an outdoor courtyard, and provider training space. The project included HVAC, electrical, and low-voltage upgrades while addressing mold, asbestos, and SDCI restrictions. Work was completed on time and on budget within an occupied hospital.
