A 7,000-square-foot renovation within an active hospital, including two operating rooms, a sterile core, anesthesia workroom, staff lounges, and support spaces. The progressive design-build delivery ensured continuous hospital operations through off-hours construction, phased scheduling, and specialized MEP installations. The project demonstrated careful coordination with multiple stakeholders, delivering a safe, functional, and efficient expansion for the University of Washington Medical Center.
