BNBuilders delivered Compass Health Phase 2, an 80,000 square foot behavioral health facility serving over 1,500 adults annually in Everett. The four story building includes two 16 bed treatment units and offices for crisis prevention, outreach, and community engagement. Constructed on a tight urban site, the project used advanced steel sequencing and self performed balloon framing to accelerate the schedule, enhance building performance, and enable early installation of weather sensitive systems.
