Transforming senior living into memory care excellence.

This project reimagined nine existing senior cottages into 22 memory care units, complemented by a new common use building, office space, and support areas. The renovation included site enhancements such as perimeter fencing, landscaping, underground utilities, and solar panels. Focused on creating safe, comfortable, and functional living environments, the project combined thoughtful design with efficient execution under a GMP delivery model.
