An amenity-rich affordable housing community in San Diego.

A five-building residential project, delivering 81 affordable rental apartments alongside a dedicated community center. The development includes shared spaces such as a welcoming lobby, community room with kitchen, on-site laundry in each building, and support areas for management and building services. Built across a sloped site, the project required careful coordination of site improvements including parking, stormwater systems, ramps, and retaining walls. Working with design partner Steinberg Hart, the team delivered a vibrant residential community designed to support long-term affordable housing in the region.
