The Reimagined MacGowan Theatre.

The UCLA MacGowan Theatre Renovation modernized an aging performance space with new HVAC, lighting and controls, fire life safety systems, and A/V and theatrical equipment. Scope included high-quality wood finishes, acoustical wall and ceiling treatments, new flooring, and a redesigned technical booth. Adjacent offices and restrooms were also upgraded, delivering a fully refreshed, durable theatre environment built for performance and long-term use.
