Building the Future of Campus Life at Fullerton College.

This dual-building progressive design-build project on the Fullerton College campus includes the Chapman Newell Instructional Building and the Maintenance & Operations Building. The Instructional Building provides student services, cultural programs, wellness resources, and academic support. The Maintenance & Operations Building houses trade areas, offices, and modern workspaces. The project upgraded campus infrastructure and created functional, connected spaces for students and staff.
