The anchor building of Google's urban Kirkland campus.

This ground-up construction of the shell and core for a 250,000sf of commercial office space and 42,000sf of retail space, included a luxury theater and parking garage. The project was the second phase of a full campus development and is pursuing LEED Gold v4 and the Living Building Petal Certification.
