A new ground-up office building in bustling downtown Seattle.

A ground-up construction of a 10-story shell and core office building with below-grade parking in downtown Seattle. This project was located on a congested urban block in conjunction with four separate ongoing projects and GCs. Unique challenges with this project included coordinating site logistics with other GCs and complex design coordination up against two existing buildings. The building is concrete with a stone and metal-clad curtain wall system on the tower. The podium enclosure, requiring close design coordination, consists of multiple systems, including curtain wall, storefront, metal panel, and stone cladding.
