Reconfigured buildings for a local tech giant add to the rapidly expanding Spring District.

The project was an adaptive re-use and build-out of tech office space in an existing building. The work included reconfiguration of interiors and upgrades to existing systems. Spaces include an open office, common areas, conference rooms, two commercial kitchens, a gym, studio, and specialty labs.
