This Gehry designed masterpiece blends seamlessly into its forested surroundings.

Building X is an imposing ground-up construction of a seven-story, 334,850sf office building and 372,100sf underground park garage. The building includes office, R&D labs, common areas, event spaces, and multiple commercial kitchens. LEED Platinum, SITES certification, and low embodied carbon goals. Extensive collaboration and communication with the architect, owner, and subs was required to orchestrate this highly technical and complex project.
