Expansion to an historic church situated in Seattle's idyllic Wedgewood neighborhood.

This project involved multi-phased enhancements and expansions to a historic church, including seismic retrofitting, upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) systems, the construction of a new community and education building, and the development of a new parking lot. Notably, the main worship area, built in the early 1950s, required significant structural improvements to meet modern safety standards.
