Multi-floor tenant improvement within Lincoln Tower, transforming a former office space through adaptive reuse and strategic upgrades. The project included new conference rooms, phone booths, collaboration spaces, and workplace amenities, along with upgrades to a commercial kitchen and the addition of an interconnecting stair between floors. Delivered within an occupied high-rise environment, the work required careful coordination and off-hours construction to minimize disruption to neighboring tenants while bringing the space up to the client’s operational standards.
