A new cGMP manufacturing facility providing cost-efficient and deployable biomanufacturing.

Project Access is a 150,000-sf state of the art manufacturing facility. The project was delivered using design-build for MEP and Process Piping Systems. It consisted of the build-out of a biologic drug substance manufacturing facility including office area, cGMP utilizing pre-manufactured POD-based cleanrooms, warehouse space, cold room and freezer storage, and various lab space.
