A small but mighty lab space in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood.

A buildout of a biology lab and office tenant improvement in an existing building included 10,000sf of office space and 10,000sf of BSL-1 and BSL-2 laboratory space. The office space is an open floor concept with offices, and conference and break rooms at the perimeter with pinwheel desk stations at the core of the space.
