Re-Skinning an Icon: Beverly Hills Tower Modernization

This 160,000sf exterior re-skin modernized a 10-story occupied office building using Smart Glass technology. Scope included phased construction to accommodate 47 active tenants with varied interior finishes. Work was scheduled primarily at night to minimize disruption, with careful coordination of sequencing, building envelope installation, and protective measures. The project delivered a safe and efficient modernization while maintaining uninterrupted daily operations.
