On-campus multimedia production education facility.

Construction of a 17,000sf ground-up building for the LACCD theatre department. The building features a new sound stage and rigging for set development, as well as a new shop for set construction. Vertical transportation systems were installed to facilitate site integration. Additionally, the project included upgrades to parking facilities, utility improvements, and various enhancements to the site.
