A modern reimagining of a sprawling multi-use space in San Diego.

This project included partial demolition of roughly half of the existing structure and rebuild of a new structure to give the building a new layout and configuration. The scope also included new exterior skin, a central plant, loading dock, roof platforms for mechanical equipment, a lobby with atrium, and a gym among other amenities.
