Star Lake Elementary and Evergreen Middle School

Two schools, one roof, a shared mission.

The Star Lake Elementary and Evergreen Middle School project included the ground-up construction of a single multi-story facility for Federal Way Public Schools. The project was completed in two phases using a GC/CM delivery model and replaced two existing, active stand-alone schools located directly adjacent to the project site. The new structure includes a three-story middle school classroom wing and a two-story elementary school wing with a shared kitchen, administrative space, and common areas. Each wing has its own gym, play area, and parking/drop-off zones.
