Phased construction of a new elementary school to "spruce up" an existing campus.

The Spruce School is a ground-up construction of a replacement elementary school for the Edmonds School District. Nine acres of site work included a new extensive underground storm water detention system and all new utilities. The new facility includes a classroom wing, library, admin area, kitchen, commons, gymnasium, playfields, and parking. The existing school was fully occupied during construction and immediately adjacent to the project.
