Multi-floor buildout of lab and office space for Seattle's leading children's hospital.
This project was comprised of construction of a new 17,000sf vivarium, build-out of research, lab and office space, remodeling of the first-floor lobby, and renovation of spaces throughout. Two air-handling units and a 600-ton chiller were installed to support the new lab space. Work was performed in an occupied space, so all disruptive work was completed off-hours. Extensive coordination was required for all deliveries. BNBuilders also coordinated timing with Seattle Children’s, the City of Seattle, and King County Metro as well.
