Modern life science lab and office building to support biotech research and development.

A ground-up construction of a 60,000sf lab and office shell and core with an interior build-out. The building includes an architecturally exposed concrete structure, interiors, curtain wall façade, and an underground parking garage. Sitework included extensive outdoor amenity areas connecting the project with the surrounding occupied campus. The interior build-out included laboratories, vivarium, open office space, first floor amenity space, and a multi-story communal connecting stair. The shell and core of this project achieved LEED Silver certification.
