Multipurpose lab, office, and media production space across from the home of our beloved M’s.
The Oculus Expansion project was a build-out within an occupied lab space. The scope consisted of demo of existing tenant space and construction of conference rooms and amenity spaces including lobbies, game room, kitchen, servery, and reconfiguration of existing areas. A new kitchen was built over an occupied floor. It also included the installation of a new stair connecting levels 4-6 with PT detensioning and slab demo next to an operating data center among other occupied spaces.
