This project replicated the existing exterior set façades and upgraded associated infrastructure to optimize on-lot film production and special events. Architecturally, the new set façades retained the look and feel of a New York City block circa 1910. New enclosed interior spaces are located along street “storefronts” to provide interior/exterior set continuity.
