Navos was a multi-phased renovation and addition to an existing residential behavioral health facility located on the shores of Lake Burien. Phase I included the demolition of multiple existing buildings and the ground-up construction of a new 25-unit residential facility. Subsequent work included the construction of a community building with a central kitchen and gymnasium, and renovations to several existing buildings on campus.
