This project was a tenant improvement of an existing office space and warehouse for a manufacturing and testing facility. It entailed the build-out of class A office space with conference rooms, meeting areas, custom graphics, and unique finishes. It also included a large cafe and event space, reception area, and security and lobby spaces.
