This TI consisted of the transformation of a 17,710sf existing warehouse space, built and un-modified since 1983, to a state of the art motion capture studio. It included a new MEPF system, site modifications for ADA compliance, data capabilities for motion capture and game development, and new security to maintain tight access requirements per end user requirements.
