Touchstone tops out on Chapter Buildings in U-District

This design-build of new K-12 campus consisted of two three-story classroom buildings and a multi-purpose facility. The campus achieved LEED Silver Certification with 97% jobsite recycling. The campus also includes multiple play areas, athletic fields, and bleachers. The baseball and football fields were constructed from dirt that was removed from the site and the buildings featured natural ventilation, ambient lights from natural day lighting, low-flow water fixtures, and occupancy sensors.
