A tranquil, park-like setting for a local elementary school.

This project involved the ground-up construction of a school for the Edmonds School District. Situated directly adjacent to a park and playground in a residential neighborhood, the scope of the project encompassed the demolition of the existing facility and the subsequent construction of a new facility. This new facility included the development of parking and bus circulation areas, the implementation of new stormwater management facilities, and the establishment of new sports fields.
