A world-class life science facility with life changing capabilities.

In this project, the building was modified to expand the client's production capabilities for Viral Vector (VV) products. The expansion project re-purposed approximately 14,590sf of manufacturing space and associated labs, office, and mechanical spaces. It also included new process & lab equipment.
