Putting some flare in the Kraken's Lair.

This tight timeline project from BNBuilder’s Special Projects Group (SPG) was a tenant improvement to build out the main concourse and upper concourse retail spaces at the Climate Pledge Arena in downtown Seattle. The work included structural steel, openings, specialty openings, storefront/glazing, millwork packages, drywall systems, ACT systems, flooring, and paint.

SPG was able to quickly complete the build-out while primary construction of Climate Pledge Arena by another contractor was wrapping up. Their light touch, streamlined staffing approach, and ability to coordinate around other adjacent activities enabled a low cost and efficient delivery of the space in time for the arena's grand opening.
