This build-out of a 290,000sf pharmaceutical manufacturing space included validated lab space, a high bay warehouse with cold storage and freezer rooms, offices and general support, shell space, core and lobby space, and expansion of the central plant. BNBuilders successfully completed the project in 12 months within an occupied research campus with limited site staging areas. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
