Multi-floor buildout of specialized biotech lab and office.

The facility was a phased renovation project of biology and chemistry laboratories, vivarium, BSL-2 labs, cold rooms, NMR, data center, collaborator lab and support area. Construction was based on fast-track procurement utilizing pre-purchased equipment and design-assist MEP subcontractors. We successfully completed this fast-tracked project six weeks ahead of schedule.
