High-end office space in the heart of Bellevue’s Spring District.
Block 13 is a 350,000 sf nine-story, ground-up, shell and core office building with four floors of below-grade parking. The first floor includes retail space with offices above. The two-story podium features brick and metal panel exteriors, while the third floor and above were constructed with a custom curtainwall system. The project tied into the existing Global Innovation Exchange Building at the parking garage. Coordination of existing utilities presented several unique challenges, including supporting a gas line and communications conduits during and after installation of the shoring system.
