A modern update for Stanford's MOB in San Jose.

A multi-floor conversion of an existing medical office building and modernization of interiors for outpatient clinics. It included selective demo, new accessible restrooms, interior finishes & casework, replacement of the building fire alarm, replacement of the building mechanical controls with a building automation system, electrical power and lighting upgrades and limited mechanical and plumbing improvements.
