Outside of work, Spencer enjoys spending time with his three kids, taking to the skies as a private pilot, and exploring the outdoors in his Jeep. He also enjoys restoring classic cars and taking on projects around the house.

Spencer began his career in construction by joining the Carpenters Union as a pre-apprentice, where he discovered a genuine passion for building. He’s drawn to the way skilled trades come together toward a common goal -- something he compares to a musical composition, where everyone has a role and timing matters. After graduating as Apprentice of the Year, Spencer continued to refine his craft, steadily advancing through the ranks to where he is today. He is especially passionate about mentoring and training fellow craft professionals, taking pride in helping others grow in the field. While much of his career has been focused in life science environments, Spencer brings experience from large-scale mission critical projects and office buildouts. He enjoys tackling highly technical work and being part of teams that deliver complex, high-performing spaces.
