He leads and mentors field teams across California, with a strong track record delivering large-scale, technically complex projects. His experience spans ground-up developments, design-build, historic renovations, and public sector work. Known for his strength in preconstruction, he takes a data-driven approach to solving challenges early and keeping projects on track. Robbie is recognized for his team-first mindset and ability to bring clarity to complex work.
