Rob Melinauskas joined BNBuilders in 2025 as Regional Operations Director for the Bay Area. With 35 years in commercial construction and a passion for building strong project teams, he offers deep expertise in ground-up work, large scale tenant improvements, seismic and historic restorations, and advanced technology projects. His leadership and design-build background further deepen BNB’s established presence in the Bay Area. Rob holds a BS in Construction Management and an MBA from Santa Clara University.Throughout his career, he has remained passionate about building high-performing teams and developing future industry leaders.
