Outside of work, Paul loves adventure—exploring new hiking trails, traveling to new destinations, or cruising scenic roads on his motorcycle. He also enjoys a good round of golf and spending time surrounded by nature.

With over 30 years in the construction industry, Paul has built his career specializing in mission critical facilities, federal contracting, healthcare, and laboratory projects. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Construction Management, he got his start in his family’s excavation business, working as a laborer and equipment operator. Since then, his career has taken him across more than 20 states and even into Canada, leading complex, high-stakes projects with expertise and passion.
