When he’s not leading projects, Mike loves getting outdoors with his wife in their travel trailer to explore Eastern Washington. Summer weekends often find him on the water crabbing in the Puget Sound or as a lifelong music lover strumming his guitar at home.

Mike started his construction career in 1991 as a residential carpenter before moving into industrial and heavy civil projects, later joining the carpenters union in 2001. He quickly advanced into leadership roles, running his first large ground up hospital project in 2009. Over the years, he has managed a wide range of complex projects across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, civic, and high-tech markets. With more than 30 years of experience, Mike is known for his collaborative leadership, commitment to safety, and dedication to mentoring the next generation of builders. For him, the true reward lies in helping others grow while delivering projects that positively impact communities.
